When is the villa available during the year?

The villa is available from May through to the end of September. Peak season is the last week of July through August.

Is there a minimum rental period?

The minimum number of rental days is 7 and we currently operate a Friday to Friday policy, but can be flexible. Contact us for more details. 

Do you accommodate babies?

A bed cot is available for use but no high chair is supplied. The pool is protected by an alarm and is not fenced off. Keeping your children safe is your responsibility.

What is the maximum number of people you can accommodate?

We can accommodate 8 people maximum. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. With 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) there is ample room for two families.
